STAR Parivaar Awards is a platform on which STAR awards the best members of its family for entertaining its audiences and it takes place on a larger & grander scale every year following its launch.

The viewers will see a different side to their favourite Parivaar members as the reality camera follows and capture their each move, their moments of excitement and anxiety from the time the news breaks, till the culmination event at The Venetian Macao.

Adding to the fun is the smooth mix of the local culture in Macau, amazing stunts, breathtaking performances and spectacular visuals which will together result in a never-before-seen spectacle, a grand opening act and a surprise mega-finale.

The annual Star Screen awards ceremony was held in Mumbai last night on 6th January.

Sonakshi Sinha won the award for Most Promising Newcomer (Female) for her role in Dabangg.
