Famous playback singer K S Chitra s only daughter Nandana 8 died in a swimming pool mishap in Dubai on Thursday It is learnt that Nandana fell into the swimming pool attached to the Emirate Hills villa and died Though she was rushed to a private hospital her life could not be saved The body of Nandana will be brought to Chennai on Thursday night at around 9 Chitra had gone to Dubai along with her family members to take part in a stage show by A R Rahman It is after 15 years that Chitra was blessed with a daughter Nandana was blessed with her name by Sri Satya Sai Baba.


After fifteen years of penance, KS Chitra was blessed with Nandana. This eight year old child was drowned to death in a villa in Dubai, where Chitra and her friends were staying for a performance in A R Rahman’s Special Hits Concert.

As the singer bereaves her dear daughter’s untimely death, the stage is being set up at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium where Chitra along with her troupe is due to participate in a musical extravaganza celebrating compositions of A. R. Rahman. such a beautiful soul had an unfair life… she was blessed with the babay after 15 years of marriage..Chitra always used to say that she got Nandana after praying for 15 years to Lord Krishna. This shows how much shocking it will be for this renowned singer of Kerala.Chitra and family went to Dubai to take part in the AR Rahman show and while staying there this shocking incident took place.Lets Pray for the child…
