Lindsay Lohan is easing back into the glamorous life of a Hollywood actress. Though she is more well known these days for rehab and court trials, the starlet did her industry duties and attended The Source Code premiere on Thursday night.

Sporting a white and black mini dress with black tights, the actress, 24, appeared in good spirits for her first trip down the red carpet in nine months.

Still facing a legal battle for allegedly stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store, “Lindsay seems much more at ease now that she’s decided to go to trial and not take a plea deal,” a source tells UsMagazine.com. “She feels that the jury will see she’s innocent.”

Yet, after she fell while leaving a local bar Wednesday night, blogs were buzzing about whether the recently rehabbed Lohan was back to her old ways. "Is it not allowed to slip and fall?" Lohan fired back via Twitter Thursday. "I'm always a klutz!!!"
