According to initial report, the rescue teams rushed to the blast site and started to move the injured to hospital while the police cordoned off the area after reaching on the scene.
Some eye witnesses have informed that few motor-bike riders hurled a hand grenade near Rainbow Center and managed to escape.
Rainbow Center is located in the busy area of Saddar and it is the largest spot for CDs sales and rentals in the metropolis.
